She specialises in market demand analysis, feasibility studies, land use analysis, micro- and macro-economic market research, local economic development, urban planning and design, GIS, financial modelling, and project facilitation.
Annette is proficient in providing comprehensive property development support by means of detailed research, combining a deep understanding of the real estate market and broader economic factors with technical skills in data analysis, and spatial visualization. She is committed to providing support in the development of liveable, sustainable, and economically thriving communities.
